If Pakhi grew up as a spoilt child who can't do any work, is so arrogant and haughty, same for Tosu, both are also thieves and fraudsters who are good for nothing... Then who is responsible for that? Whose kids are they? Who gave them such an upbringing and such values? Who worked as an unpaid maid and spoilt them all the time and let them disrespect her on every occasion? 1. Why did she run away so easily and leave her house to stay at the chawl and do nautanki of being bechaari and gareeb?
1.1 Why did she abandon those women working at Anu ki Rasoi so easily? Will she do the same with Danch Nanis?
1.2 Did she only go to brainwash and recruit the next generation of unpaid maids so that her worthless progenys life is made easy? Couldn't she have recruited people from Ahmedabad or has the entire city rightfully boycotted this filthy characterless clan which is why she had to go to Mumbai?
2. Why did she let Pakhi and Tosu stay all these years if they are so terrible? Especially Tosu who had literally got her sent to jail and done one scam after the other yet was allowed to be in Anu ki Rasoi and create mischief.
Truth is that Pumaa maid did all this tamashah and gave another hypocritical bhashan just so that her shameless shah masters don't lose their newly recruited unpaid maids due to the shenanigans of her good for nothing kids. She has more foresight than them and will go to any extent to manipulate others so that she can ensure a comfortable life for her filthy family.
