And the last time she properly acted was in Fanna (2006). After that it has always been a hit and miss.

She just seems to play fictional alterations of her own personality.

It sucks because she used to perform so well in the 90s.

Lust stories, Maa, Sarzameen, Tribhanga - She’s praised for her performances even though movies were good/bad or hit/flop.

Only in Do Patti I didn’t like her acting as the accent didn’t go well.

Not sure how she’s ruining her legacy.

I don’t think she’s taken on a role recently that is performance-driven.

There are probably limited offers anyways given older actresses barely get work.

I def think Rani has a better trajectory. She was amazing in Mrs Chatterjee and the Mardaani series

Are most of Kajol's movies just getting dumped on OTT? and if she does too many of those (given her caliber) it just demeans her own legacy. its ok to pick like some artsy, indie movie here and there but she has stopped doing blockbusters? it just feels like she is just way too over exposed at this point.

Because Kajol is a classic actress and always will be.

She has nothing to prove.

Miss Rai and Miss Mukerji are way beneath her in my opinion.

But Miss Mukerji is 10x the actress Rai will ever be.

No She hasn't, but her contemporaries have for sure.
