Abheera did not reveal her infertility issues to her almost husband. Hiding medical conditions is the biggest red flag. So what if Anshu baby had plans for his own baby? So she's the red flag in that relationship.
Was Abhira shown telling her infertility issues to Anshuman? Shouldn’t he be knowing that if he’s about to marry her? What if he wants children in future? Are they again gonna find surrograte? Or this is just removed because we have to assume Abhira will herself get pregnant magically this time and all her issues will dissapear
