Aaj ka episode is a recap of sorts..

Story went back to the first promo/episode and has circled back here... now for a new beginning

Gagan wants to protect Malla and help Mannat. So he locks Malla in bathroom (in order for it to look like someone kidnapped Malla) and sends a message to Mannat.

Vikku boy is still in the pyar ki gully and sends a voice note to Mannat .. he begs her to meet him in mezbani. That this was a stupid plan to get her to confess. He loves her and cant stay away from her...

Mannat sedates Aish.. and gets her to the seashore. Exactly the same spot where Sonia Khanna once dumped her.

Rest of the episode is Aish Mannat conversation.

Wonderfully enacted and charged. Its a battle where each side gets advantage over another and gets flipped later.

Mannat starts questioning... thunder strikes and she recalls Vikrants words... which are very poetic in the given situation. ❤️

'Iss darr ke jadd tak jaogi tab hi isse rahat paogi...'

Thats where Mannat is... physically and emotionally... 😢

At the seashore where Sonia Khanna once left her... with thunder striking.

To and forth between Mannat and ARS ... where ARS afraid for her life finally confesses that she is Mannats bio mom ... didnt ever want her and is her life biggest mistake.

Mannat was a roadblock between her becoming ARS...

Mannat is shaken and recalls all the moments when Aish has been pathetic to her.

She also recalls all the lovely showered by Shruti and throws back Aishs words on her.

Aish ki ek hi beti hai... Mannat wont seek love from a woman who threw her away. For her only Shruti is her Maa.

Precap is Mannat telling Aish to donate the liver or she will expose the truth to everyone.

One interesting aspect...

It has been shown repeatedly that Vikrant wont trust Mannat without proof. Aish knows that very well. She uses that on Mannat that he wont believe her.

Thankfully for us (sadly for Aish) Mannat doesnt even care anymore. She declares that saving Shrutis life is utmost important... rest all need not be bothered.

I presume this aspect will have some meaning... especially with the kind of track thats coming ahead.

Brilliant acting by Mona and Ayesha... both were fabulous.

Personally I felt it could have been more... not because of the acting... but writing... it needed some more spark I guess.

Yesterday's GaMan scene felt more emotional to view than today's... maybe because GaMan are genuine people and ARS is ruthless and deserves this... her getting her due back should have had more pulling at the heart strings kind of impact.

Hopefully it continues tomorrow...

Aish is a pakki khiladi and she knows how to twist things on her favour. Her DNA is the only one capable of bringing her downfall.

Mannat kept ARS at the same place where Sonia left her. She got answers to all her questions today at the root of her fear.

Mannat was confident on Vikrant trust on her, and it made ARS lose to Mannat in Bobby case. ARS attacked it using Neetu, and Mannat lost that confidence.

I felt the initial parts at the seashore was a bit fast paced, didnt had the impact it should have.

Mannat was pouring her heart out about her birth and Shruti but didnt have any impact on ARS..only hatred for Mannat existence, a thorn in her path to ARS.

ARS is absolutely heartless and ruthless..

I kept watching if she had any flicker of emotions.. but No

Fast paced episode and excellent performances by Ayesha and Mona. Ayesha’s expressions as she had all the assault flashbacks was too good. Imagine standing in front of such a vile, evil woman and being told she is your murderous mother!!!

As you said the VFX 🤦🏻‍♀️

Vikrant had this coming. I did wonder where Mannat will live but then they will have forced shaadi to keep her in SM.

I don’t trust ARS to just sign the papers. Nor give part of her liver to the woman she tried to burn to a toast! Shruti will die I am sure. Mukta has to maintain the toxicity.

Vikrant’s confession is heartbreaking 💔 but will it give trps??

I wish in IF articles instead of writing cryptography, they talked the language of the average person so that we know the reason for each track.

Anyway this week we will get confession and zabardasti ki shaadi and we can all rant here.

Vikku sounded desperate to keep Mannat around. Agar usne sach main share transfer Kar diya to ARS ka plan fail ho jayega

Why should Malla marry Vik if he is penniless

ARS herself will ask Malla to cancel the wedding.

Isse bada kya twist hoga 😂

That moment when ARS reveals that she is Mannat's mom and the "maa" song that followed was the highlight of today's episode for me.

Ayesha and Mona were brilliant throughout the confrontation although the lead up to the reveal fell a bit short and dragged out (again, not sure if it is the curse of the BTS or maybe the weird green screen effects).

Looks like Vikrant is hitting is rock bottom, again not sure what he was really expecting with all the nonsense he pulled.

I'm also curious as to what the Gagan angle is going to be - is he going to find out the truth as well about ARS and Mannat or kept in the dark?

I guess the next big question is - will there be a wedding... and if so who is Vikrant going to marry? (The answer better be no wedding or Mannat, because otherwise it might just be the end of it all.)

Quick question for those that watch other shows - do they use green screen/vfx effects as much as they do in this show?

I feel like for what is considered to be such a high point in the show, the least they could have done is at least attempted to shoot it in a live location.

The production value in the initial episodes were so good, feel like it has just gone way downhill from there.

Just an observation- usually we used to get BTS so far in advance that we had info on epis almost a week or 2 in advance. Right now, BTS max shows 2 (or less) epis worth of content. Seems they are tightly guarding the future track or something is off about how we are getting BTS.
