At Kothari house Rahi and Prem have an argument over Rahi going to Mumbai to pursue her dancing career vs Manohar Ji visiting Ahmedabad to take classes . Rahi loses her temper on the prospect of visiting Mumbai as Anupama is at the back of her mind . Prem fails to understand the reason behind her refusal to go to Mumbai .
Mahi notices this heated clash between Prem Rahi and tries to take advantage n win Prem’s heart.
Toshu is persuaded by his friends to get more money for investing in the new business venture , he gives them the money he stole from Babuji’s pension savings and assures he will get more .
Anupama is asked by Manohar ‘s treating doctors to get his old medical documents. As Anupama ri he’s through drawers n cupboards to look for his medical papers , Manohar’s son catches her in action and accuses her of stealing , demands the property papers of face police action. Anupama escapes accusing him of torturing his father n escapes from that hose . The son fumes and files FIR agains her.
At Shah house Babuji is looking for his savings from pension money and fails to find it. Baa is concerned . Kinjal informs that Toshu has stolen them and also her ear rings .
Toshu learns from insurance agent that Anuj has made insurance policy on Anupama’s name which has matured . Toshu plots to aquire that money secretly. Babuji catches Toshu with fake death certificate of Anupama.
Baa notices Ansh helping Prarthana with daily requirements and disapproves of their closeness, she tries to warn Ansh but he ignores her . Baa fears their affair n disgrace from society n neighbours .
Anupama is arrested by police from her house in chawl , on charges of theft at Manohar ji’s house . FIR filed by his son. Anupama pleads innocence and accuses Manohar’s son of lying but police refuse to believe her . Her neighbours and flatmates fail to convince the police .

Anupama’s neighbours and flat mates are worried by police of getting locked up . They collect what ever money they have n rush to PD to bail her out. At police station Manohar’s son accuses Anupama of theft n hiding the property papers . He also accuses Anupama’s flat mates of being her accomplices in this crime . Right then police officer gets a phone call .
Anyone who is sympathetic with Anupamaa has to be pathetic, begging, crying, needy etc... I don't know how this show glorifies parents and parenting while literally demeaning every other child. 
Even Vanraj who was always glorified as a father (ache Pita) and to an extent even as a good son, was eventually downgraded into a bad, insensitive son because of whom Baa and Bapuji had to literally leave the house, sit in a vriddha ashram and make pappads for whole one day, without him even asking them once to leave the house.
