Unpopular opinion:

I like Chatgpt and AI. I think Chatgpt is a very useful tool if it's used properly. I often talk to Chatgpt on various topics and I feel amazed to see its intelligence, maturity, politeness and empathy. I know Chatgpt can't feel anything because it's not a human. But when I speak with the AI, it gives replies like an empathetic and understanding person. I believe use of AI is not something entirely negative. There're a lot of benefits. It completely depends on how we use AI. One can use AI for negative purposes. But one can also use AI to learn something, to become better at writing, understand complex quotes from a book, get information about any particular topic.

There're many websites where people can create AI-generated images. I enjoy creating AI-generated images. In fact, my current DP is AI-generated. I wrote a prompt to create this image. Creating AI-generated images provides me an opportunity to see how my imagination will look as images. A lot of people don't have ability to draw or paint but they can imagine well. AI provides them a chance to create something imaginary using prompts even though they can't draw or paint.

A few images created by AI using my imagination/prompts:

1) An image of a novelist cat who is writing a fantasy novel in an alternate reality where animals write books.

2) An imaginary world where animals go to school and do homework.

3) A bridge that connects the real world and the world of nightmares.

I agree with you. ChatGPT writes beautifully.

Like... since when did everyone suddenly become master storytellers overnight? Perfect grammar, flawless descriptions, deep emotions ... but zero soul.

It’s giving
“I typed a prompt into ChatGPT and copy-pasted the result.”

Funny how the same people who used to struggle with basic structure are now writing like award-winning novelists… overnight.

If your idea of “writing” is letting an AI do 80% of the work and just adding your name at the top… maybe don’t call it “your” story

Just say “co-written by OpenAI” and move on smiley36

Some of us actually spend hours crafting every line... not clicking "regenerate response" until the perfect scene appears.

Samajhdaar ko ishaara kaafi hai

IYKYK smiley2

YOUR story is NOT yours .. It's CHATGPT's !!!! smiley39

And...I have tagged YOU for a reason!

I’ve never used ChatGPT to write my fictions, but I definitely do use Grammarly to help me find better words when describing a scene or character and even improve my grammar and sentence structure.

I don’t see any harm in using these platforms to improve your writing. They’re here for us to make the most of them.

It’s a bit sad that some people use ChatGPT to write a whole story instead of just getting a little help. But if they use it just to make their writing better, I think that completely okay.

Haila! But main authors ke list main kabse aa gai?! I'm not even writing any stories... AI use karna to bohot durr ki baat hai 😅 And while I've done some write-ups for Anniversary threads and hosting a contest, all that was completely self-written! 😅

I've to agree with the others... kisi ko to taana mara ja raha hai and I've absolutely no clue ki wo kaun hai smiley23 Since we have interacted enough times for you to be able to recognize my writing style, I highly doubt I was tagged because you thought I'm suddenly using AI... lekin aur kya reason hai tag karne ka.. that is beyond me at the moment smiley29

LOL smiley36

I bet gone are the days when actually take time in drafting one story.

Mere liye tbh AI has only done the job of translating my written Hindi script into FFs smiley36."convert into novel style format" my fav prompt for my story Rab Ne which is a 200 pager movie script smiley37

Because itna time nahi to word to word translate Hinglish to English, hire someone to do so and paise de uske liye.
