So was PC, Kat, Kareena or DP very traditional? Being too much traditional doesn’t help either. Amrita, Asin, Gracy Singh and Ayesha were kind of traditional and that’s why their career didn’t go anywhere. Some of them didn’t want to do intimate scenes with the actors and that’s why producers didn’t take them seriously as an actress.

To become successful one needs the drive - not talent, not luck but sheer indomitable drive. That said, every person’s meaning of success is different and it cannot be measured with the same yardstick. It’s unfair even to do so, especially without having full information about their respective journeys.

Look at her filmography, her film choices were bad and bombed on box office and she was average in acting initially.

Most of them were multi-starter. I don’t know about the choice but I think that’s the only offer she got and she had no other options than to choose them to save her career. I feel she had great potential to make big like PC but I guess producers didn’t use her the right way.

Sushmita Sen is even better!

Sushmita was good too...very attractive before her botox, I doubt if all those changes in her appearance can be blamed on her health condition. But I haven't seen her talk on diverse topics... mostly I came across her interviews on how she was approached to participate in contest, how she was more confident on paegent night etc etc...repeating same 30yr old stuff on every interview.
