Why do people not want pookie?

I see many takes on the forum and also X that they do not want pookie to survive. Just because Ruhi is the surrogate? If those people were against the idea of kids right now because they want to see Abhimaan grow as a couple, I would still understand their point of view. But they are okay with Abhira being immediately pregnant. People calling pookie as plastic bacha. Its appalling.

On one hand, the same people were dissing on Dadi sa for her retarded views on surrogacy and at the same time wishing pookie to not make it because she is a surrogate baby. Yeh hyprocrisy kya kehlata hai?

To be honest I am disgusted by such takes.

PS: I am not a Ruhi fan but my love for Abhimaan as a couple is greater that the hate for Ruhi and I dont want to see them in pain again.

Personally even I didn’t like that they started the bacha track again out of no where. There were endless possibilities with gareebi/Shivani track

I have the exact same question. I get many people here hates Ruhi but this is Abhimaan's child. No one deserves to lose their baby, much less a second time.

That being said, this track is very annoying to me. Not because of the baby or surragacy but because of this Pookie obsession. First it was Abhira, now Armaan. I get the reasons for Armaan's fear but the change in behavior came out of nowhere without any build up. The guy who was sane till now is suddenly behaving like he has lost his mind.

I wish they had shown cute and sweet scenes of Abhimaan preparing for their baby's arrival instead of Armaan being a control freak.

Lack of buildup is the issue. If he had a breakdown and started behaving like this immediately after Shivanis and Rohit’s death, it would have been more plausible. Krish drama doesn’t seem big enough to trigger this.

Anyways the plots change every week, they do not have the time to establish build up or give proper closure to any track.

I agree with u . I still did not understood the reason of killing shivani n rohit , it did not contributed to the plot . Only change is that now abhiman is in Poddar house. Was this a only reason why those 2 positive characters were killed off . They could have shown that rohit has to go abroad for certain case/ client when ruhi was pregnant with pookie . So abhiman take her to shivani house , where ruhi would have faced lil hardships so shivani asked abhiman to shift yo PH till delivery, meanwhile she will go n pray for the baby in haridwar. That's all , why they have to kill those poor ppl . Yrkkh writers are expert in writing off the characters imo. Ruhi arman abhira love triangle track was also a flop one . Kiara abhir charu case is also soughted. Ryt now there is no evident problem in there lives . Ruhi said it rightly..arman is creating problems for himself.

I don't want pookie at all. I wanted abhimaan to grow as a couple. And we could see many other tracks. Shivani and rohit couldn't have been killed I still believe. 😭
