It is possible to bribe your way out of things if you know the right people and are lucky in general. And unlike Sushant's case Boney did have a motive. You can't put it past him considering what sort of a man he is. But how does this defense intelligence lady know this ? What are her sources ? Her Ass doesn't count. The media coverage had been (and still is) because of the celebrity status, but the controversy is because there are reasons for doubt.
