Not exactly very handsome but he looked good in Jeena Sirf Merre Liye, Tera Dilbar and other few other songs that I watched. I guess each people has their own views toward actors because looks are subjective. To me, he is not really handsome or really bad looking either. Maybe he debuted at the wrong time. He probably would’ve make big if he debuted now. Even good looking or talented actors sometimes fail in Bollywood.

It is up to audience. When they don't make an actor successful by ignoring his movies.. it means that he is not worthy of lead roles. Movies are business.. and even his home production can't take the risk of casting him in a lead role.

Yeah it’s up to the audiences but actors also have to get the right opportunities. Sometimes Indian audiences can’t take right decisions to make actors stars. If they did, then how Kat can become star that can’t even speak Hindi properly? Or Salman that can’t act or dance?

In Indian cinema charisma of actors is more important that acting skills.

Should I say script choice also? Tushar's script choice sucked, so did his acting. Only his "aayyyeee aaa ayyeee aaa" dialogues in Golmaal favored him.

Well Yeh Dil, Kyaa Dil Ne Kaha, Insaan, Khakee, Jeena Sirf Merre Liya, Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai, Gayaab and Shor in the City were good scripts. He is also a good actor. It’s just directors didn’t use him the right way.

He was neither a good actor nor good looking

It is actually surprising someone like him got so many chances in so many A list diverse films as a lead, only due to nepotism.

Baby faced. No maturity x factor or sexy looking. Thats it also he has less height and built.

I don’t know how good he acts but he is not bad looking. How many times will you say the same thing?
