Absolutely! Thats why I said in my post above this that the ideal case was to call off the wedding instead of becoming compelled to give away a daughter instead of the other. The society is anyway changing and calling off a wedding due to such reasons is not a big deal anymore. Its better to call off rather than marriage without consent.

That's what I thought because juhi herself is too young to be married and prajakta might be even younger and teju is the only one who fits in the right age bracket.

Ps none of the members have a very emotional connection to her so they must've thought that they were getting teju married anyways after juhi's marriage so get her married now. Ps I believe even juhi's family kinda know that neil has a soft corner for her.

And maybe mukta might have convinced teju for the marriage keeping mohit's wish in mind

Totally agree! It was just for the dream sequence. Also, when Dr. Satya married Sai in season 1, he had the same look as Neil, same color. Bajirao wala

They belong to a village and it matters a lot there ig....you can't return baarat and gharati during wedding night....even in city areas....exchange isn't right, still repo is connectable...

I did not know that Nagpur is a village, I have always known Nagpur as the 3rd largest city in maharastra
