Yes, Tejaswini doesn't want to marry Neil. And she'll have to marry him against her will. That's not good.

Hi, I've been regular viewer of ghum & I do agree with your points. Juhi's intention may be good, but it's still against the consent of teju. Teju was about to fill & submit her master's form but she'll be forced to sit in mandap & get married to neil thanks to family's reputation. From larger perspective, maybe juhi wants to see teju getting married & get settled into a good home but overall as of now, whatever's happening is all against teju's wishes and that's not right. Expecting teju to explode after marriage. If executed well, this angst track between Neil, teju & ruturaj will bring increase in trps

Also, the logic that teju has to sit in the Mandap and why not the other sister? Teju is the last person they'd want to get married to neil.

The wedding attire and color looks good. At least its not the sad blue sherwani!! Doubly excited for the upcoming wedding track and Leena's expression - looking at her sunbai!!

Even though this is forced one but Neil has always supported her and will make sure she gives her exam. Moreover, the larger story is Neil helping Teju in order to become a successful singer and in that period, she will find out that he too is musically inclined.

I asked this exact same question to my mother yesterday. I asked, "Why aren't they asking Juhi's younger sister (Prajakta) to marry Neil?" My mother replied, "May be that girl isn't suitable."

Logically, Juhi is finishing her B.com so should be about 21 and Prajakta has started her college so should be 18 and Aditi is no qualified plus has a special case. Teju is going to give her MA exams so should be about 24 or 25 and Neil is definitely 30+. Prajakta is too young to get married so probably the best case is to call off the wedding instead of feeling compelled to give away a girl instead of the other.

There's no doubt irrespective whether what Teju feels about Neil, about not being her ideal type, Neil will still prove out to be her ideal husband & will fulfill all her dreams & one day Teju will realize his worth. The issue is of forceful marriage, marriage without consent that too at last minute here.

It was all in juhi's hands to take a call & as a sister, she could've informed teju about what neil spoke to her in hospital & maybe the situation could've been differently handled. By running away, she has not only put her reputation at stake but also made teju as sacrificial goat here who was thinking of starting her master's studies.

Neil here will get what he wants but he will suffer a lot after marriage due to constant resentment from teju.

That's what I thought because juhi herself is too young to be married and prajakta might be even younger and teju is the only one who fits in the right age bracket.

Ps none of the members have a very emotional connection to her so they must've thought that they were getting teju married anyways after juhi's marriage so get her married now. Ps I believe even juhi's family kinda know that neil has a soft corner for her.

And maybe mukta might have convinced teju for the marriage keeping mohit's wish in mind
