If Rashmika's future 18 year old daughter would have no problems...working with an 70+ year old Salman......then why should anyone else?? Let the adults be.....they know what they want in life.....

I won’t say much but I did post this in the trailer and we know he was joking on the daughter thing but getting back to the original question and just other topic to talk on the age gap which no one brings up in south movies or Hollywood even otherwise to me as long as I and other majority neutral audience like the chemistry age is just a number the same way in case a older woman works with a younger man. And even the actors including who u like will probably do the same and others and deols ab sr etc have so why question this now. Even many in real marry those with age gaps 12 plus and working on movies with their spouse and even many Bollywood heroines working with south actors who much older. In my opinion each to their own !!

Fair enough! If the heroine is comfortable since she is also an adult & a supposed independent woman, it's fine I guess! As per his comment how he would even work her daughter with her permission, if he is planning to play her grand pa - that's absolutely fine. Otherwise, it'd be a problem & we have enough problematic people like that roaming in the world.

Salman repeating cheap things from South such as working with someone 31 years younger than him doesn't make him or the south any less cringey. It's like saying just because south guys can do it, then what's the issue in Salman doing it too.

Also oldest actor opposite whom Rashmika acted in south is Vijay Thalapathy who was 48 and Rashmika was 26.

and it's not about age, you're right but then you should maintain yourself to not look haggard opposite someone so young, Salman clearly doesn't do that either.
