I would like to go one step further and say that we have a talent crisis in Bollywood - on ALL FRONTS.

Acting, directing, story-writing, song lyrics, singing, choreography, etc - every single dept is suffering and on a downward sprial.

Sadly since 2012, things have just nosedived. This is what happens when there is a nepo takeover.

Look, I am okay with some nepo kids, but when EVERYONE is a nepo kid and even the ones who don't deserve a break, are getting one - you know there is an issue.

Now nepos are infiltrating OTT....

When the question is so pathetic, expect the same in return. Essentially asking if parents will stop helping their kids in the future like they have for thousands of years in every form of industry that's ever existed.

The answer is NO, Nepotism is only a problem when it happens in National programs. Like a cricketer's son getting to play for the National team while better players wait their turn. Who a private entity hires is nobody's business. If you don't like their product, you can stop buying it.
