Kalpana is behaving ridiculously so much so that i skipped nearly all the scenes of Kalpana and Pratap together. She is behaving like Asmita 2.0.

Kalpana has so much hatred for Sayali and why

She did CM ( for which her son is responsible)

She is orphan ( for which circumstances are responsible and not Sayali )

She is less educated ( again circumstances are responsible, not Sayali )

I am not understanding the grounds on which Kalpana character is shaping in nuisance.

Let her have Priya as her DIL ( wife of Ashwin ). These sort of persons learn the lesson hard way, when she sees Priya behaviour as DIL in absence of Sayali and Arjun.
