No, also the Mahakhumb in Prayagraj happens many times in a century (as far as I know)... but if you can give me a source for that claim, please do so...I'm always eager to learn something new.

Just an excerpt about the one in 2013 and then, there had been one in 2019, too :"In 2013, 120 million pilgrims attended the Kumbh Mela at Prayagraj."

Btw, there are also other cities where these bathing festivals take place
