In the precap from her face it does not look like that.

Purna Aaji wanted Tanvi as his wife not just for the promise but she really loves her, so who knows there might be kitchen politics and Priya is there to instigate them

Sayali disli and he went all strong. Actually i saw only last 7 minutes of episode time. In that Priya shouting and Arjun says nobody dare to touch my wife or say a word to her. Sayali just tried to reason with SB family and didn't show any proof or anything.
