They look so Pashtun to me idk ??? Anyone know what their ethnicity is like (Punjabi, pathan, urdu speaking, sindhi or baloch)

The H o c a n e is actually Hussain, and she's born in Karachi, which makes me think she's of Urdu speaking/Muhajir descent.
