If Sadaf promises that she will return when Ammar takes the sleeping pills then she cannot backtrack her words. That’s why she looks sad when Bilal stops her on the rain sequence. I guess even after confessing her love she will decide to return to Ammar but like I predicted, Ammar would let her go this time.

Here is what I'm predicting:
E38: Sadaf insults Bilal and quits her job. Bilal gets upset. He drinks and leaves for Karachi with Humsha. Sadaf gives Ammar sleeping pills and some sort of dare.
E39: Sadaf returns to Karachi. More pressure from Farzana & Humsha. More Ammar rona dhona. Bilal finds truth about Humsha and her machinations.
E40: Ammar rona dhona. Bilal goes to Sadaf's house. Rain scene. Before anything happens, they find out Ammar has eaten the sleeping pills. Sadaf is guilty and distraught. They take Ammar to hospital.
E41: Bilal thinks Sadaf being distraught means she loves Ammar so he tries to leave. Sadaf runs after him and confesses her love and proposes. Bilal confesses too. Humsha and Ammar left alo e without love and full of regrets. Visual montage of marriage and post marriage romance scenes.
I am not too interested in Wahaj’s show with Mahira. IMO he needs to do some light hearted stuff like Ishq Jalebi or brainrot like Fitoor. He better hope TB 2 comes soon.
At the peak of their careers, actors try to do the maximum projects possible and Wahaj is wasting his time doing cameos in crapfest like SMD.
I thought that show got delayed. Hopefully TB2 comes this year. I feel like that is his chance to shine again.

Never seen worse career management after hitting it big than Wahaj. To go from next Fawad and KJo checking him out to playing zombie Zaid - a poorly performed one at that who got ate by Ayeza and Shahzad Nawaz - in a weak script like Mein, to then playing a 4th lead, a one-dimensional one at that, in a Maya Ali drama with absolute shit script and absolute shit direction. Even Imran Abbas and Muneeb Butt gets offered better scripts by Kaddu. Na critial acclaim, na commercial success, na acting ke charche, na role main dumm, na hi koi fan service. What kind of script/role selection strategy is this? If apne paon pe kulhadi maarna had a picture in the dictionary, it would be Wahaj's face next to it. He's really squandered so much audience goodwill that even fans can't get unquivocally excited about his next projects and have to throw in caveats. Socho neutrals ka kya haal hoga. Somebody should tell Wahaj audience love is an amanat and all he has done in last 2 years is khiyanat with it, fooling us with misleading marketing, setting false expectations, selecting shit scripts and shit roles, and turning in inconsistent performances at best.

Zahid ne apni stardom ke kaafi saal nikale the with very good projects before his decline. Wahaj could only wish he had a filmography like Zahid.
TB2 pata nahi kab ayega. It will do well but I don't expect it to do s1 numbers or have that craze. S2 in ptv rarely hit it as big or bigger than S1. S1 was lightning in a bottle. Its hard to replicate even for ssme team. Waise Wahaj ke jo asaar hai TB2 main bhi uska cameo hi hona hai where he will get trotted in for 5 minutes every episode for romantic scenes. Like in Jaan Nissar, so many Daniba scenes would just be them drinking tea, coffee, eating food and looking in each others' eyes

I don’t understand this cameo thing. Even in the Pink Shirt with Sajal, he doesn’t have a big role. Is it his formula now that he would only do small roles in big projects with big directors and top actresses ?

Pink Shirt and 22 Qadam he did when he was a B lister. He was the sidey in 8 pm dramas at the time. So his choices made sense. At least those dramas were good quality dramas, and even his supporting roles had proper arcs, independent tracks, three dimensional personalities, and cktr journey and transitions. Now as an A lister he is is still choosing roles meant for B listers. Zaid's role in Mein was meant for someone like Emaad Irfani. Bilal's role was meant for a Mikaal, Sami, Junaid or Mohib. But not only is he choosing B lister roles, the dramas whete he plays these roles have terrible writing, terrible direction and some really regressive themes. Also as a B lister Wahaj ne jaan maari thi to perform those supporting roles, Jimmy, Junaid. But here his performance level is not up to the mark. So he is choosing B lister roles in worse dramas with worse cktr development and worse performance. If he wants to still play second fiddle roles now to top acresses, at least do them in high quality dramas like he did before, and not crapshoots like smd and mein.
