For that matter Jurel too.

He is wk/batsman but comes at No. 8 and doesn't do wk even when Samson was bad in this match.

Dont know who takes these decisions... Gambhir cud be the one behind these bizarre decisions - Send washy n axar ahead of your proper middle order batsman who ate up enough balls to let the match slip..

Jurel is a good selection otherwise though but he has to be given proper chance to show his talent..

I know they are obsessed with left right combination but thats ok only till top 3..after that u got to send ur best batsmen first...

I think the match for me was going fine till 16th over in the first innings when England were at 127-8.

In the 17th over, Liam Livingston scored 19 odd runs. Should have contained the runs here.

Also, don't understand the point of left right combination other than openers.

GG logic - dekhiye jab main opening karta tha to sehwag ke saath karta tha! Humara left right hi chalta tha. Left - right ki pratha to humaare desh mein chal hi rahi hai! To mujhe nhi lagta ki is vishe par koi charcha bhi honi chahiye!
