Raqs E Bismil wasn't ruined by the director. It is Hashim Nadeem's writing which usually gives leads only 5 important scenes in the whole show. He did the same in KAM , KAM 3 , Wisaal , Dhaani ..etc.

Hashim nadeem is the best writer ever he made most of the dramas entertaining

I love his writing. But he gives too less of lead pair scenes. Firaaq and distance run for very long in his dramas, with few exceptions of course.
