Gems:

1. Daya teasing Pankaj about how he's trying to lose weight.
2. The entire CID team immediately going to find Purvi was both a gem and the best part of the episode because that team spirit is what makes CID so good! My only issue here is that no one berated Purvi even lightly. Arre when you care for someone, you need to also show that concern!

Issues/questions:

1. The idea of using a car covered up was a good idea, but how did the robber see where he was driving? There was no opening in the car cover.
   
2. I find it a bit hard to believe that the team didn't consider that Mehak could be behind everything. I get that she was kidnapped, but for a month and without any demands? How does that seem normal at all?
3. Really? In today's digital age writing down everything and that too the full plan with dialogues seems very farfetched. In fact it seems downright preposterous. Even the dumbest criminals don't do something like that.
4. Huh? Where did this kidnapping video come from? Editing mein yeh toh maat edit out karo ke evidence kahan se milta hai.
5. I don't understand why Satish had to attack Purvi. He could have lied about the necklace or showed any photos. By attacking Purvi he actually brought the entire CID down on him. Is he really that dumb?
6. I feel like Purvi's first move after capturing Satish should have been to find a phone and call for backup. She could have investigated the house afterwards.

Good:

1. The idea of a defaulter being behind the robbery is a good idea. Also the most obvious.
2. Purvi investigating on her own is a good touch. Shows that no one can just sit idle. And the connection from a car loan to finding Mehak's car was a good touch. Shows how sometimes we make even the weirdest connections in our mind.
3. Thank you for revealing how Satish and Kanchan. That was a big question in my mind the moment both got caught.

Overall verdict: I give this episode a 2.5 out of 5. For me, there were a lot of issues/questions and not as many good or gem moments. Additionally, the case felt like it was kind of going all over the place. Compared to the previous 7 episodes from this season so far, this wasn't as good.

I'm hopeful we'll get a strong serial killer episode. The precap looked damn good if not scary. I know, I know. I'm weird.

It actually looked good and scary , they have casted the perfect actor to be the serial killer

Yes! That's the best part of this season so far. Else we only got true villains in series like Aakhri Chunauti and then they also turned out to be phuss by the end. This season is the type of season I could actually see a criminal getting away with it. Almost makes me want to re-write my Nakul Returns series to have Nakul and Sehar get away with it rather than get caught and die.
