Vivian basically couldn't take judgement if he was aggressive or if he was not.....and avinash aur eisha ki judgement woh nahi maan na chahtha tha because of friendship history.....as Salman said doosron par judgement dena is easy, when it comes to yourself....it's difficult. So now when Salman is showing him that how chum has slipped due to dominos, and that he was not that aggressive actually.....toh he realized that he was wrong in giving up ttf out of his guilt and he should have trusted Avinash Eisha there. Also, chum jaise abhi bol rahi hai ki it was just a task, aise nahi bola tha usne task ke baad balki when vivian and avinash went after the task, and then the way she was behaving with vivian. So she was like that you did wrong with me, so I will not like to talk to you.....toh us wrong ke liye vivian was saying sorry.....he was uncomfortable and guilty and thought that he has done something that big for which chum usse ab maaf nahi karegi....usse baat nahi karegi....and shilpa made it bigger by saying nouran hoti toh....tu aisa nahi hai toh tune kyun kiya etc etc. So guilt tripping toh huyi hai but chum did genuinely got hurt in the task....toh atleast I personally feel vivian giving up ttf was okay if he wanted to do it as apology to her.
