They don't have a real reason as to why fired Alisha. Kachra-jan ShitShahi who is known for degrading the reputations of actors did not say anything much. His chamcha Shivam Khajuria didn't attack her. Director Ramesh even said she's a good actor and it was just a creative call over the on screen pairing.

But more mismatched pairings on Itv have done well in the past. They never gave her any cues if her performance was lacking. So it's quite evident that on who's behest and why she has been ousted.

@bold 2 : from what I understand is that they wanted to see chemistry between characters, which was not evident with alisha and shivam. Since this new girl, they have changed wardrobe of Raahi, also those cringe-worthy lovey dovey songs, I think they just wanted to show more chemistry between characters hence they did that. Maybe Alisha was not fit for this in their eyes.

In my opinion, its good riddance for alisha.
