I think the change in actress coincides with Rahi becoming unpaid maid and doormat of shameless shahs. Because Alisha in confrontation scenes seemed resistant and capable of holding her own which the jealous, insecure and rotten person couldn't tolerate and so she got her ousted. Under Adrija the character will become meek, submissive and toe the line hence establishing the supremacy of Kachrapamaa amongst the unpaid staff of sadakchaap shahs.

Kachrapamaa has always squandered each and every chance in life. Despite Pakhandi Pakhi and Terrible Tosu, she still got another chance with this Muftkhor Mahi and look at the horrible upbringing she gave her. Delusional Maniac Mahi doesn't even know how to behave.

@bold : this is so apt. Even I have been observing this in clips (dont have the strength to watch all show) that this new girl is just crying and crying all the time like bechari aurat. That old girl did not know how to cry like a bechari, jbh. 😂

Ye mahi prem shaadi drama kab khatam hoga Show is boring but this track is more bore.

When Paras was replaced, the character of Samar also started changing. (one who was always a defender of Kachrapamaa started flipping, opposing her, even being negative at one point during the dance academy track). This was all done to show Kachrapamaa as a Bechaari. Then they ran out of plotlines and killed off Samar, so that Kachrapamaa could be even more of a Bechaari and the table who people were sympathising with (due to Kachrapamaa's neglect), could be villainised.

Now Rahi will also be mopping, crying, fretting and listening to Kachrapamaa's faaltu bhashans. Eventually they might even get rid of her and just focus on Psycho Prem-Pamaa and Malicious Mahi.

They don't have a real reason as to why fired Alisha. Kachra-jan ShitShahi who is known for degrading the reputations of actors did not say anything much. His chamcha Shivam Khajuria didn't attack her. Director Ramesh even said she's a good actor and it was just a creative call over the on screen pairing.

But more mismatched pairings on Itv have done well in the past. They never gave her any cues if her performance was lacking. So it's quite evident that on who's behest and why she has been ousted.
