Someone in YT has posted this Rafi Top 250 (I believe it's a series and it exists for other singers too) spanning the years he was active. I don't necessarily agree with all the picks - I mean I could probably make 3 or 4 Top 250s for Rafi sahab alone but in any case, it's a good effort!
