First of all bb ke is script ke basic comparison and logic me flaw hain. But lets not get into it. Theres no comparison coz both are poles apart. Also Shukla wasnt targetted imho.

First couple weeks or so he was targeted.That's when Asim was his chela,the whole house was against them.
