Many a times I post things in the DT because there are more members visiting that thread and use this one as a back up - just because it may be easier to find the post in this thread, if needed. [Fwi've seen this forum has been more active with more regular members than RM one.] Of course, interest in the sharing articles has gone way down after a certain point.

Shabir's new show likely to replace it.

Few years back there was some in buzz in media, that highest paid popular TV stars were Shabir, Sriti, Divyanika, KP, Nakul etc. things might have changed in recent years with more actors joining this list like Rupali, Shraddha, Harshad etc. but Sriti's per day fee can still be high.

We can easily say 2023 intro was better, but KMTMG prod quality and budgets were average to low in most of 2024 episodes. But Sriti's fee wouldn't have changed. Also Kishori, Arjit, Iqbal, Hemangi etc. are experienced and may NOT be low cost TV actors unlike others, so operational cost of cast members who regularly come to shoots might have been high for this PH, in between PH hired an experienced known actor like Angad too from Mar to Jun, who also isn't low cost.

Anyhow if PH focus was on bringing out better and reasonable plots, with tight scripts, engaging screenplay, believable executionthen even at low budgets same ensemble cast could have done much more with proper usage of their onscreen characters, to engage TV viewers more deeply by bringing high viewership, which didn't happen as expected.

So if Z channel which had its own financial & legal turmoils last few years now prefers to launch low or avg budget shows with reasonable and different concepts from variety of producers, BUT with new / not so popular less expensive main leads instead of hiring highly expensive popular TV stars, we can't blame them.

But they will be in troubled waters if even with that (reasonable and different concepts and less expensive main leads), the quality of writing - be it screenplay or dialogues - remains mediocre.

So what if no active actor is available for ZRA? They can also have them perform like legends of zee or something like that. I remember they once had Ankita Lokhande perform after her show went off air (?) Lav can guide more on this.

We are mostly following the show's universal theme in posting the SM updates in the analysis thread itself #KFPH. Many people commented more on the analysis thread than here. Infact Adiandsid posted many posts both here and there, so that people like me and Sam who comment once in 2 days dont miss the updates in the flow of the analysis threads.

Under scanner with 1.2 trp ?? then what about KMTMG with 0.8?

Hopefully with shorter duration, we can hope for the writing to be better, sharper, more engaging. Otherwise move on to web series.

I commented on this earlier also after some observations. Channels like Z / Sony management teams don't often pull down their fiction shows, juz quoting fall or stagnant TRPs published by BARC, unlike SP. They seem to look at many more factors, sometimes can take shocking decisions too.
