Because indirectly you are valuing your pain of losing the child over the child's pain of growing up without a mother. You a fully grown individual cannot handle it, but a hapless infant should grow motherless through all their milestones. That's the most sickest thing TV and big screen has been propagating as mahanata for years.

What you just said was not even on my mind nor was I trying to downplay a mother's grief . It was her choice to have a baby inspite of knowing the risks involved so in my opinion she should be mentally prepared for the consequences also..yes it would take time so when it comes to that would..she could and she should..

The issue right now is rohit handing over his baby to abhira to soothe her. Is there a better reason ? Why would he do it ?

Mentally prepared hi rehte hei but kya hei expecting moms apne maan mei ek position hope lekar hi chalte hei koi yeh sochke nhi chalta hei ki na yeh baby shayd nhi aayega.
