I was facing this issue with only one of my comment that I have edited I don't think koyi aur posts hoya hai mera account se that I haven't written it was only one post I have checked the previous pages of this thread.Also the post made by you but it was showing my username that was the 2nd issue.This actually doesn't happen with every post so we cannot pin point it out.If I am facing any more issues I will tag you guys
