I don’t think Armaan and Rohit will know this .. Armaan will be devastated .. and the story can go either ways as they knew her pregnancy had complications and miscarriage was trigggered by anxiety caused by Ruhi

Ruhi will keep her away from the child … and will feel happy that her revenge got squared with Abhira losing her baby

When the truth will be revealed..,it may take some years in the story and Armaan will feel cheated that his own child was kept away from him .. there is scope for big clash between Armaan n Abhira if it is kept secret from Armaan

Still Abhira or Armaan giving up their baby willingly doesnt make sense the way their characters are. Until now they have showed us what we expect of all ML and FLs that they stand up for each other despite family's hatred and families whom they are indebted to. Usually this is the first reason they start with their sacrificing crap.

It's almost certain that baby will be given to ruhi ..if tomorrow or whenever , the nurse says bacha ruhi ka hai toh abhira madam ne ot mei hi de diya ..if she says bacha abhira ka hai then most probably arman will do it , and abhira might slip into coma (at least complications ki kuch toh izzat reh jayegi) ...may be for a few days , weeks , or months ,baby toh jayega ruhi ke paas No other reason to show ruhi as psychotic...Or there can be another 2-3 yrs leap with grown up baby ..mix of gen 2 & lost
