But how is any of this Armaan's fault? She should have told him, after all, BSP is his baby too.

Why can't she ask the doctor the right questions? Like how to improve her blood count, or if she goes through with the abortion, will she still be able to conceive again? And if she aborts now, takes treatment to get healthier, and then tries to conceive later, are there chances for success?

But on a serious note, Kaveri has always been like this - that is why her toffees were favored, coz she will only reward people who have shown loyalty & delivered results. As of now Armaan & Abhira are the only 2 people showing that & who carry the Poddar name. Hence I support Phupasa in his mission, coz he deserves to take his revenge after having given his best years to the firm & getting nothing to show for it
