I don't see another way to clear Akshu s name. Unless Goenkas suddenly grow a brain and understand that Akshu wasn't maniac to purposefully kill her sister

@bold that's so stupid specifically considering Akshara is dead now & Abhira was just a fetus when Arohi died. Even if she was born or a child why should she be blamed for what Akshara did? In normal families, Ruhi like kids with childhood trauma are dealt with care so, they don't grow up to be stubborn children filled with aggression and hatred. Goenkas actually increased that hatred by disowning Akshara, instead of making Ruhi understand, it was just a misfortunate accident & Akshara is only guilty for not being able to save Arohi.

I'm not surprised that Abhira is just happy to know that Goenkas are her parivaar. She has had a special bond with MG ever since she met him and he has supported her and taken care of her like a parent figure more than anyone else in the time she has been in Udaipur. She was always made to feel guilty about being close with MG by Ruhi. So just hearing that this person is actually her parnanu would feel as the best thing possible. Atleast in the moment. That too at a time when Surekha and Suwarna had also warmed up to her during the wedding and now that she had a better bond with Ruhi. She has not yet had the time to think about why her mother stayed away despite having this 'great' family or what caused the rifts that kept them away. Once she has time to find out all that her anger and hurt would make more sense than this happiness.

I think one thing that almost everyone here who’s travelled with the show can agree on is this is by far the worst written generation despite having some of the best plots !
