Insanity or what?

I'm sure you guys love the title. 😳😆 Well, this is my first post in this section so don't expect it to be good. 😳 But anyways..

An actor decides to leave a show, what they told their fans was that they were treated badly by the production house and was getting better offers in bollywood so they decide to quit the show that was very popular. Now the fans are going crazy about bringing that actor back into the show. They've got the numbers of all the creatives and newspapers and all kinds of stuff! i didn't even know you could do that! 😕

Is that not crazy? Everyone has decided to stop watching the show and started blaming the production house.. Just because of what one actor has said. I'm not taking sides of either the actor or the production house, but actors have so much influence on their fans! Whatever they say, the fans believe them blindly.. they don't even care to look at the other side...

1) Is it me or is it crazy that people spend all that time on bringing an actor back on a tv show! Don't you think it's a lot of time wasted?
2) Why do people get so obsessed with these shows and minor details really.. because the replacement looks just like the actor..

I thought I'd share my frustration here and see what you guys have to say. I hope it's a reasonable post. 😳

well i know which actor this is to be honest there is two iqbal and shilpa anand
well when iqbal said that his contract has finished and that his role was changed a lot, everyone believed him, because another actor of the same show confirmed that something like that did happen, being his fan i obviously would believe him but then again i stopped watching the show because i only watched to see him 😆

Well with shilpa she left for bollywood not caring about her fans even though she knows that she has so many and it will hurt them if she leaves, in an article she said that she single handely lifted the shows fortune. i totally disagree with that it was all a team effort but people are getting used to sukriti now so all is well 😆

i completely agree wid u insanity (may i know ur name, its awkward calling u insanity. the actor left the fans 4 her selfish reasons leaving her fans in the lurch but even thn they want only her. some have even called up the prod house n complained against the new actor.

now these people have prob with the way the new actress smiles, dresses, talks, actsn wht not. may b after sum time they will have probs wid the way she breathes too. the only thing this gal did was to take a role which she knew was already accepted. but she is doing her best.

@tulasi: hi, my name's Kully. 😊 But yes, she left for bollywood and didn't care and said she did everything! how is that right?! Suki's trying her very best! It's her first episode and people are bashing her to no end. 🤢 Should've seen the first actress on her first day. 😕

She decided to leave, now move on. Why is it so hard for people to move on. 😕 It's a 20 minute entertainment.

^ yes its a 20 minute entertaintment, but fans for an actor watch even the repeats, and also download from IF 😆 , save and watch again before sleeping, so that's like 20 into how many times....

yes its like being a little crazy in the first place, and then going totally mad when the actor is changed one fine morning.....perhaps they have no choice , if they want to fight and bring someone back, then they should try ....well after all , hum janta hain.. 😉

I'm not speaking for myself 😆. Loyal watchers of a show
lose their perception of reality. They connect with the show so well they are unable to distinguish between reality and fiction. If an actor decides to leave the show. They find it difficult to digest the fact that it is actually just a "show."

People who get into all this character/individual actor bashing stuff really get on my goat.....

Get real....apply some of that energy elsewhere...where it may even make a difference! Like, do you have shares in the production house or tv company that you care so much????????

Hey a really sensible topic Kully .

I feel soooo ,I dont what, when I see people so desparate writing in all forums to join a cause . And what a great cause to get an actor back to a serial . I mean common watever happend , actor dint like script , wants to persue a better career a different role ...etc is left to him or her , why should the people get so obssessed with them .
And its totally and illusionary obsession they have , because they are just caried away by the role the actor has potrayed on camera .
Being good on camera does not in the least say anything about the person . A good face may not signify a good person . For that reason so many of these saas bahu characters are shown always dressed in saaree or salwar and u just watch s snap of their's outside camera , u wont find one who is decently covered .

I too watch some of the serials and wished that the character dint change and have also participated in discussions but never to the obsession of getting him or her back .

It is insanity. I don't understand why people are making it their life. It is a 30 min show. DMG forum has become like a war zone. Ok so Shilpa gave a lot to show. Agreed. She is a good actress. Agreed. She left the show for bigger and better shows. Nobody agrees. "Nothing is wrong with Shilpa. It's the production house. They're ill-treating her." I don't understand why people have blind faith? They're simply not ready to accept that Shilpa left because of her own personal reasons. Sukirti is trying to save the show but all these people hate her and don't leave even one opportunity to say bad stuff about her. Like someone else said in the DMG forum somewhere that they could have killed Riddima's character instead they just replaced her. Isn't that better? I am a fan of Shilpa and Sukirti both. I was really hurt when Shilpa left the show for films. She did not bother to think once about her fans. Now what is Sukirti's fault in all this? Nothing. People keep saying bad stuff about her I mean come on. She is not Shilpa's twin. She has own style. People need to learn to move on if they sit and clutch one single thing it's gonna be very difficult for them.

Ok so Shilpa had been in the show for more than 10 months and Sukirti has been in the show for less than a month. How can people judge her so quickly? Shouldn't they give her some time to adjust? She's new. She's learning the ropes. Instead, everyone just criticizes her for each and everything.

Also, people have stopped watching the show. What the hell? How is that fair to the other characters? It's like they don't exist. It's like this whole show is only and only about Shilpa. That's not true. All the characters have contributed to the success of the show and Shilpa is getting all the fame.

Shilpa is not going to come back that's for sure. So even if the fans write petitions, sign letters, send emails it's not gonna work. She has set her mind. She wants to work in movies. She won't come back. Seriously, how difficult is it for people to see that?

This won't happen if people give her a chance. But no they have set their minds. They won't accept the new Riddhima. Ok don't accept her but why are you constantly criticizing her? If you don't like her don't complain as simple as that.

Sorry I know this is a long post but I am really angry and frustrated because everywhere I go there's someone bashing Sukirti and I am really tired of it😆 .
