Why do we need physical separation of leads. There is the concept falling again for the estranged partner for many reasons couple get estranged even after staying in same house and then find their love again. Why can't it be something like that Why can't dkp take a concept like being estranged while staying together he can always show Ab and Ar leave home to expand family business in another state where they get estranged because of work pressure. They don't have time for themselves or anything. And suddenly they come back home and realize the person is not the same and fall back for the person they have become where they can fill lot of reason to make angast. That leads to lot of guilt and regret. At the same time makes it a fun watch.

Unfortunately, this is far too progressive and out of understanding levels for ITV audience..

Armaan and Abhira are the only kind lovable people in each other's lives. I refuse to accept any other ending for them. Period (I will stop watching once dkp shows their aukat)

Having seen the show properly only after RP's entry (could never stand Sheh/Prati), I had not seen the scene b/w Abhira & Ruhi, where she says that she never had any darohar because her mom never really told her about her family and the only legacy she has is being a lawyer from her mom.

This I think is one of the biggest reasons for Abhira's need to not get married w/o family's approval.

Abhira had once mentioned that her mom had broken all connection with her family because they did not approve of her dad. And that fear is what plays on her mind today.

Abhira internally is afraid that like her mother moved away and did not keep any relationship with her family for her father, Armaan in a few years will do exactly that. Him moving away will mean that slowly he will get cut off from family, so much so that the connection may get completely broken the way her mom's did.

She doesn't want that her child/children suffer the same fate she did. Tomorrow if god forbid anything happened to Armaan, Abhira will again be left with no family to support her or her future generations. Like she suffered with Yuvraj & deal shaadi because of no support, shayad kal her future gens may face something similar.

While i know it is far fetched, but somewhere this fear - that if today Armaan goes against Dadisa and the family to marry her - they might lose the family for not just themselves, but any future generations that may crave for those familial bods - like she once did.
