The episode begins with Anuj playing a popular tune on his flute ..”aankhon ko mastiyaan door ho ….” Anupama listens to it secretly and loves it and feels romantic about Anuj. She leaves a plate of apples and throws a paper aeroplane at him but he does not turn around to look at Anu , he remains lost in his world .Secretly Anupama is lost in her romantic feelings for Anuj .
Meenu is leaving for Hospital from Shah mansion, she sees Sagar’s auto , she signals him “I love you “ Sagar is floored to know she feels the same as he feels for her . He is scared to give her a ride in his auto fearing the wrath of Vanraj n Toshu. Meenu insists she will go to hospital in his auto . Meenu and Sagar have cute nok jhok and share romantic thoughts for eachother , Meenu assures he has her suport. Sagar and Meenu share cute conversation on the way to hospital. The auto suddenly brakes du tk errant two wheeler on the road . Meenu gets injured by hitting against the rod . Sagar is very concerned n apologetic he offers her first aid .
At Shah mansion Kinjal notices Toshu taking out money ,She confronts him for his spend thrift nature , losing at gaming and betting platforms and landing up in debt , Toshu refuses to mend his ways n retorts back to her that this was his dad’s money and he will do what he wants with it , whether she likes it or not . Kinjal is frustrated .
At Asha Bhavan Anupama accidentally falls and injured her already injured leg .mshe screams for help n calls out to numerous inmates of the home , none are available. After agonising pain in her leg and crying with pain she notices Anuj had come tk help her , he offers her a helping hand . He recollects how Devika had said Anupama has injured leg . He carries her in his arms to her bed as she is unable to stand .
Anuj gives tender care to Anupama’s injured leg , an inmate offers him ice pa ks and ointments and other stuff and Anuj uses them to give Anupama relief n remedy for her injured leg . Anupama is surprised by his tender csre. The other inmates of the Asha Bhavan watch MaAn and are impressed by their mutual sharing of tender loving care . They love to watch true lovers together and are sure they are made for eachother . Anupama starts probing Anuj questions on Why he did nit arrive to take her back to US.mwhat had happened that day l she shares that she was so upset on getting his phone call that she became unmindful of her surroundings and mate with Traffic accident .She had not recovered from the injuries till date . She learns Anuj too had an accident. That day as Devika informed her , Anuj gets disturbed n refuses to reply . Anupama then starts asking probing Qs about Aadya l what exactly had Barkha and Ankush had told him about Aadya , she assures if Anuj helped her ith information they both could find Aadya , Anuoama’s probing Qs about Aadya greatly disturbs Anuj n he pulls himself away.
Anupama pleads him to share more details about Aadya so that they can find her l she is sure Aadya is not dead, she is somewhere
AnujAnupama have a scuffle , their Radha Krishn lockets get entangled and Anuj extricates himself and moves away freeing himself from Anupama’s grip . Anupama is heart broken that Anuj had no feelings for her, he refuses tk divulge anyth8ng about aaadya , the very topic makes him very disturbed and he states omaying the flute to hide his pain.
Bala understands Anuj’s state n shares with everyone how pained Anuj was after his daughter left him. Anupama is distraught n tells Anuj that she needed his support to look for their missing daughter . She can’t search on her own .

Meenu faces tagging at hospital , Sagar comes to her rescue as Sha faces the threat of molestation by seniors . Sagar bashes up the ragging seniors and Meenu is shocked n shouts at him to stop
Anuj is seen searching for aaadya and comes close to an electrical junction box which is having electrical sparking n loose connections . Anupama falls again n suffers agonising pain . She senses Anuj is in life threatening danger .
