But i heard they distorted it later as well that too badly, showing Sita maa inside Ravan's palace idk if they actually shown that.. i didnt watched it coz of obvious reasons

But i guess Imagine Ramayan was better than SMR, RS always on top ofc.

I was going to answer the same, the shows in general now are less about story, more chhipka chhipki. Contrast that with this:
