The actor playing Rohit is overdoing the anger scenes. It seems as though he never loved Armaan and has always harbored hatred for him; he looks repulsed by him. Shivam, even when he found out about the rumaal or when he slapped Armaan, appeared hurt because he was hurting his brother.

This is one of my biggest issues atm. You should at least show a tiny bit of regret or hurt after pushing your brother you loved once upon a time. Due to that, I didnt even feel anything during Armaan's story about that old watch, cause the relationship is not just connecting. With whatever material he got, Shivam did that betrayed/hurt/anger much better, while maintaining a sense of vulnerability.

And the fact that for some reason abhira can sense pyaar from that word is so delusional. Like she is picking up armaan's emotional responses when it comes to dadisa. I love u ke badle i am proud of you mila tha na usko and usme he had to find happiness.

I agree that it's going overboard. Both Abhira and Armaan needs to snap out of it

But I think we have to understand where these characters are coming from. Despite this beig itv, Abhira and Armaan s motivation are more understandable when it comes to their attitude towards Poddars (If that makes sense?)

Both of them are orphans. Abhira because she lost both her parents and Armaan despite having one of them.

Abhira was raised by a single mother. Akshu was a great parent I am sure. But she was also just a human dealing with loss of one her kid while raising another her. I think Abhira s longing for a big family, stemmed from her desire for people, who would take care of not only her but also her mother.

Her mother who I am sure hid all her pain, tension, difficulties to provide for her.

Akshara was Abhira s world. Now her world is gone. But her longing remains. People who would love her. Take care of her. Cherish her.

Abhira is sensible. She calls spade a spade. Yes all that is true. But she is also just 22 year old girl who desires love.

That's why despite herself she is always willing to give countless numbers of chances to PF to change, to rectify their mistake. To love her. Ofcourse they neither want or deserve it.

Same goes for Armaan. He has been raised as a mistake. A burden who should forever be grateful that PF accepted him and should constantly strive to make up for it.

Armaan knows that PF love is unconditional. But he thinks that his unconditional love and patience will someday make his family to reciprocate.

Both Armaan and Abhira have a very wrong concept of love and family. I hope they grew out of it. Which is difficult because itv. But then they have done a good job with Armaan s redemption. So maybe just maybe they will work on it.

And Ar backed out of it. Rohit who lived with and loved his brother supposedly for 30 years should have understood more than anyone else what it would have taken Ar to back out against his family. And if he used half his brain to realize that Ar would not have been too happy with the marriage in 1st place. Did he bother to check out the truth even with Vidya? How would this marriage incident would have made him more bitter to Ar?

He was foolish to promise ruhi never to love anyone else while she was going to marry his brother. Toh uss angle se dekha jaaye toh he deserves this behavior from rohit. But rohit is over doing it. Either push armaan & keep quite or shout whatever comes in his mouth but dont walk around pushing him.

And jab bada bhai is pair padoing, show basic humanity, show disappointment but tone down the words. Im not able to tolerate his screeching. Hope he shows same attitude for ruhi also.
