Why do u think meenu becane doctor in 6 months??

They never introduced her in prev leap so we dont knw woh kitne saal ki thi, kya kar rahi thi etc. In og timeline she was atleast 9-12yr old girl and after that lot of time has passed so obv woh apni life me aage toh badh rahi hogi.
