The problem is that Telugu industry do not utilise the potential of talented actors like Deepika and Alia. They are more than glamor dolls. On the otherhand if Deepika or Alia really wanted to act in a meaningful role in a Telugu movie there are directors like Sekhar Kammula. His movies have well rounded important women characters who have spine and voice their opinions. Look at what Mani Ratnam did with Aishwarya Rai.
