To me, it seems that even this is a matter of money...if there would money be shed for a thorough investigation, it would be done...otherwise, no interest, no time, not important enough...

One of the greatest fears in life - not having anyone to be cremated, worse decomposed body!! This fear are especially for the ones who live alone and or not very social.
