Yeh rishta ka standard aisa kabhi nahi tha from season 1 to season 3. Iss season ko hadd se zyada toxic dikha rahe hai and jo previous kisi seasons mai dekhne ko nahi mila woh sab iss season mai dekhne ko mil raha hai.

Ofcourse it’s very big deal for legacy viewers to see legacy female lead dancing on stage at some admi’s bachelorette for the sake of money kyunki legacy viewers can’t imagine OG Akshara, Naira or Jr.akshara like this season 4 mai aisa scene dikhana looks very cheap.
Sirat , aarohi ko kabhi lusty aurat ka khitab nahi mila tha lekin iss season writer ki wajah se yeh possible hua for ruhi and OG Akshara , Naira , Jr Akshara kabhi kisi admi ke bachelorette mai nachne jaye yeh bhi legacy viewers ne kabhi imagine nahi kiya hoga lekin iss season writer ki wajah se paisa ke liye bani cheap dancer ka khitab female lead ko mil raha hai on social platform.

This!! Whether it's old age or new, objectification of women is demeaning. This scene has been executed in a distasteful manner.

That's what I fail to understand...a few minutes before this scene, he said he didn't want to babysit Abhira...and here she is doing this nazar thing...make it make sense

Women objectification is a problem. But it’s not the womens’ problem. It is the problem of those objectifying her. And this is the fight the real world fights each day. For women to have their independence and own choices and for the society to respect her choices not ridicule her. Legacy or not, Abhira is a woman in her own right without the untold clout of her ancestors. Whether she chooses to study the law, ride the pushbike or wear fancy clothes and dance at an event is her call and not a call for attention or trouble. She may or may not even have reasons for them but hey, why should she even offer a justification or a reason to anyone?

The strongest of people fall weak when things go out of hand or simply pile up too much. And in those moments when we receive kindness, its impossible to not be grateful and feel emotional. And here Abhira still loves the man! Why would at this point she be thinking if Armaan was merely being a kind man or if he would have saved anyone in her place? And on the other hand, Armaan has always been loud and harsh when Abhira has put herself in trouble for whatever reason. So in this situation when he’s already confused not knowing why she is doing whatever she is doing aided by his confusion regarding how he feels about her, why would he not have a go at her AFTER comforting her first? He is all she has for emotional support (despite how harsh he has been because in alone/sad times, the good memories ALWAYS outweigh the bad) and she is being someone he is not used to seeing!! They are both fighting battles the other doesn’t know of. And this isa show, so amp up the drama quotient of these battles that we know about and we can then continue to vent, discuss, vent, complain and then vent some more and continue watching (or not)!

So Armaan sa gets his 2 bit ego time by saving Abhira and lashing out at Sanjay. Look at yourself first pendulum sa. You subjected her to daily emotional abuse and Sanjay sent her to get humiliated. I don't think there's much difference between you too. This pendulum is reminding me of someone who thought he can subject the FL to any abuse but he becomes the hero by "taking a stand" for her in front of others.
