Administration Vs People

Am sure it is self explainatory therefore not providing more details here, I mean administration does thier best but people are unwilling to support it and vice versa...but anyways what values more, that can make the administration change or change people's attitude?

For a developing or a developed country what is more important, the way it is administered or the people living in that country ?

People decide who administers them, if the people are lazy, administers cant be faulted for being lazy

For places where people are very active they keep the administration on the toes. And generally the Govt is very active too, or else they are chucked out of power the next cycle

This offcourse has no relationship with developed or developing nature of a nation.

Either the aam junta is lazy or it is not that is the prime factor

Administration is made up from their own people It is important to have good and sensible people in a developing/developed countries and then chose a sensible administration

Power is given to the administration by the people.

However once that power is transferred the administration use it as a stick to beat the people with.

People everytime.

People get the government they deserve. 😛

I would say the people living in that country because like everyone else has said they choose the administrators and get whoever they decided on. Of course people make the wrong choices sometimes and I don't think it's either side's fault.. People can still change their minds.

I agree what you sed here! Even if selected by people, assuming that it was the right choice but the adminstration cann't really do anything unless the people themselves step up and support the administration in long run or raise thier voices for something that is not in favor of development.It's finally upto people I mean.
