We have to see how the makers will portray this situation.
He must fight for his love no matter what the circumstances are and should not surrender so easily.
Maybe this show is more about Jhanak's life as opposed to her love story where Ani is just a significant part of her life. I believe somehow the makers are trying to show this, but if this is the real case, then they should not have created such a strong and beautiful bond between them that leads us to root for them. 😐😑

Sometimes I think he does everything because of his strong unselfish love for J....and only wants to see her succeed.
Ive said before I feel he is intentionally deceiving Arshi, he is not confused or anything.
He sees nothing wrong in giving Arshi's professional oppurtunities to J, or blatantly lying to her.
He is also insecure and a control freak, he will smother J. Sometimes the abuser feels remorse when they have a jealous breakdown. Ani on the other hand during the Adi track, went on a spree of abuse not feeling one bit of concern for J. They should have handled his regret at what he did to J better, the simple apology was not enough for all he said and did.
The way he treats Arshi his gf of many years as expendable, is worrying. Tomorrow while committed to J, he may go out with Arshi on a date and tell J he has a right to his personal life. We love Runak scenes but what both of them are doing to Arshi is brutal. J cannot say she is giving up her marriage for Arshi and then give out yearning looks, cook for Ani, put a ring on. Arshi already is not someone who can handle emotions well. Playing with her feelings like this, they will deserve all they get back in the future.
Do you think there is anything to the constant reference to Ani Arshi honeymoon? Is it incidental or setting up the dialog for later? In Imlie the truth comes out during the honeymoon. So Im wondering.
Well, I disagree with this! Since he's committed and has family pressure, he can't clearly say that he accepts Jhanak as his wife since his family already hates her. Also, Jhanak herself keeps pushing him towards Arshi, and sometimes when we're in turmoil of emotions, our decision-making power is severely impacted.
Same is the case with Ani. Once he gets a slight hint from Jhanak, he'll turn the tables for sure. Regarding hanging out with Arshi in the future, I highly doubt it since he's in love for the first time, which isn't a short-term liking. His love is deeper and on a higher level.
Things aren’t working out smoothly just because of the lack of communication. Ani tried his best to convey his emotions, but Jhanak's self-sacrificing act is the real hurdle. I will equally blame Jhanak here too, as on the one hand, she yearns for him, whereas on the other side, she’s further pushing him towards Arshi.
Now, only God can save them, as they've already lost this battle. Arshi has also become a full-fledged villain. I was watching a very initial episode where Arshi was extremely jealous of Jhanak without any reason, indicating that she's a very selfish and jealous person. She even treated Jhanak like an animal without any particular reason, even when Ani was under her control. So, now it's her karma too. If she were a good person, then I might have some pity on her, but she's a completely disgusting personality, whereas Jhanak still never misbehaved or did anything wrong to her, as she values relationships. She is such a beautiful soul, and it's no wonder why Ani's attraction towards Jhanak turned into love. His attraction towards Jhanak was highly visible in starting episodes that how he was mesmerized with her sweet nature and enjoying her company.
An Arshi honeymoon event can't be possible in dreams now. Jhanak mentioned this as she believes that they can come to Kashmir for this. Such an innocent soul she is that despite loving him immensely, she still wishes the best and even forgives Arshi for him.❤️

It would be an utter disappointment if Ani is just significant part of Jhanak’s life and it would contradict to what he has done so far for her. I wouldn’t tolerate if this relationship of theirs would end up as nothing deep.
That’s the sole reason why I started watching Jhanak.

Having him in the montage of this show is a very positive sign since I consider that Anirudh equally needs Jhanak to make him himself, not Arshi’s puppet.

Every person in this world has both positive and negative traits, and this is, unfortunately, one of his unacceptable traits! I didn't like it when he mistrusted Jhanak without letting her utter a single word in her defense.
We do need to agree that this is an ITV serial where almost every ML possesses this quality to spice up the story. Ani is calm because he is putting all his efforts into making sure Jhanak's security remains perfect. He also talked about this with Jhanak today, so he must be assured of his arrangements and will definitely keep an eye on her. That's why we can see from the promo that he'll get a call from the police.
On the other side, he's trying hard to let Jhanak stay again, which we will be witnessing during the wall-hitting episode and his concealing of his separation anxiety. Even Jhanak is also shattered by this fact, but she needs to move on too, as she can’t stay there now without any particular reason or just for the sake of Ani.
I hope the upcoming Kashmir track will have a solid and impactful storyline.
