The episode starts with Kavya speaking out against

Adi and Giriraj suggestion. Kavya says she would like

to say a few words. Kavya says this is the report of

last 6 years. Kavya says there are a lot of teachers

who are appointed in the Tatkal way. Kavya says a lot

of teachers got their jobs but they are not taking the

classes. Kavya says a lot of people who are motor

mechanics and Pan wale got the jobs as teachers.

Mishra asks Kavya how did these people got their

jobs. Kavya says these people bought their jobs for

Rs 10 lakhs etc. Mishra and other MLA's say to Kavya

that these are baseless accusations against them.

CM comments on Kavya. CM asks Adi for her

opinion. Adi says to CM that giving teacher jobs

through Takal is the only way to solve the problem.

Adi says to Kavya that he will take up the

responsibility of all the teacher jobs and says no one

unworthy will get the teacher jobs. CM gives the

responsibility to Adi and ends the meeting.

Giriraj says to Kavya that he already told her that no.

one will go against each other's decision. Kavya says

to Giriraj that she will not do anything that she feels

wrong and leaves from there.

Adi comes to Kavya. Shubh comes and comments on

them. Kavya says to Shubh that no one can come in

between him and Adi. Kavya leaves from there.

Malini comes to Alka and apologises to Alka saying

she has become selfish. Malini gives her blessings to

Alka for Alka and Sanjiv's wedding and says today is

her pre wedding ceremony. Malini later reveals to

Alka about Kavya being pregnant.

Adi decides to be fair in this Tatkal jobs. Giriraj thinks

he has to figure out a way so that Adi will not find out

what is he going to do.

Giriraj asks Viplav to figure out a way so that they will

not be caught when they take money and give jobs.

Viplav agrees.

Ripu Dhawan gives an example and comments on

Kavya saying she is just putting up an act to get this

teacher's job. Ripu Dhawan says his eyes are on her

and if she does anything wrong then she will be fired

from the job.

Shubh tries to comfort Kavya but Kavya comments

on Shubh and leaves from there.

Adi, Giriraj and Kavya return one after another. All the

ladies are shown to be preparing for Alka and Sanjiv's

pre engagement ceremony.

Giriraj gets an idea seeing Anjali and decides to use

her as his pawn. Giriraj says to Anjali that he would

like to talk to her.

Kavya comes to Adi and talks to him. Kavya asks Adi

why does Giriraj makes everything about politics and

comments on him. Kavya later asks Adi if he is sure

that there will be no corruption in this Tatkal teacher

jobs. Adi says he will make sure of it.

Giriraj cooks up a a story and asks Anjali to apply for

teacher job to support Adi. Anjali agrees. Giriraj later

thinks once Anjali signs on the documents all the

money will go on her name and comments on it.

An ok episode. As expected CM did not accept the proposal of Kavya. Also, as expected Giriraj played his game well to stop Kavya.

Expected Adi to support Kavya in front of CM, especially after Kavya confronted him for leaking the matter, but he did not. That was quite unreal and looked quite forced. He could have proposed adhoc recruitment as a temporary solution but there should be a permanent solution as planned and proposed by the DM and team.

Its very clear now that, he will make more mistakes from here and Giriraj will take advantage and Kavya will be blamed for it and her job will be at stake.

Hopefully, the makers/writers think something different other than creating misunderstanding/differences between Adi and Kavya.

Adi and Kavya can also work together to solve the problem and monitor the recruitment process carefully and stop the crime. They can still turn the tables on Giriraj.

But, least expected this from the makers/writers now. They have nothing else to serve than the same old formula to make the leads stand against each other. It looks so forced drama than anything close to reality.

Cannot wait for Sanjeev and Alka to get married and leave Pradhans house soon. There is nothing left for them to do here.

Also, Malini's behavior towards Alka looks so fake now. Even if she regrets and begs sorry, she still expects that Alka should stay with them.

Giriraj at his best in planning and plotting. Involving Anjali in this scam was a great move from his side.

But, this will explode very badly. Adi will have to bear all the brunt of it. Don't think, Rajiv and Kavya will take this very lightly.

I think, Adi should take all this on him and leave the MLA post first, to save Kavya and her job (keeping Rajiv's allegations about pregnancy in mind).

Expecting something different from the makers/writers here to execute the recruitment scam.

Its all expected that, Adi will trust his father, Giriraj will be successful in his plan, Kavya will be blamed by the DM, her job will be at stake, Adi and Kavya will fight against each other, then Kavya will find Giriraj's involvement and finally Adi will say sorry.

Instead of this, can they not agree on a point to work together and put all efforts to conduct the exam properly and stop the crime and turn the tables on Giriraj.

Then find the truth and Giriraj's involvement and Anjali being victim and both confront Giriraj together.

This will be a +ve ending, good for the school and village, will save Kavya's job, teach Adi a lesson not to trust Giriraj anymore and also not harm their relationship/bond.

Still hoping the makers/writers will surprise the viewers by not showing their same old formula.

This is a complex situation involving different perspectives on handling government job scams.

Understand the situation very well. I did not advocate Adi here nor I mentioned what he did is correct. Mentioned 2 posts on this issue above.

Firstly, I mentioned (based on the conversation between Adi and Kavya on previous night), it was expected from Adi that he would stand up and support Kavya for long term solution after she presented the data and mentioned about earlier scams (assuming until then he did not know about the earlier scams and why Kavya was against his proposal). But he did not do that. So it was his fault already.

Dont think, Adi's intentions were wrong or he was in greed to achieve something for himself. I think, he wanted to start the school as soon as possible. Going by the exams after 1 month and then results and recruitment process, it will take long time to solve the issue.

Also, if his intentions were wrong, Kavya would have confronted him (this episode). In fact she mentioned, she knows that his intentions are not wrong.

Also, he is not influenced by his father here. His proposal is to recruit staff asap in the best way possible and start the schools. That does not mean, do anything for recruitment (like how Giriraj would think). He is not even aware of what Giriraj is doing on his back. Kavya may have sensed Giriraj may do something but Adi did not (that may be the difference between 2 human beings and their minds). Thats why Kavya asked him can he alone stop the scam and achieve the results.

Yes, he is definitely wrong at one point, he trusted his father and shared the details and also still not doubting him even after Kavya mentioned his father's intentions. But, that is far from reality (no person of his nature/what he has been shown as before, would do that in real), that is definitely fiction/drama. But, wrong is wrong, so Adi is wrong.

Now, the point is, after reached to this situation and most importantly the orders passed by CM to go for adhoc recruitment and assuming CM will not take back the orders, what is the solution?

As mentioned in my second post on this issue and to elaborate further on that, there are 3 possibilities here.

1. Adi agrees with Kavya and her words and speaks to CM and backs out of the project (he cannot propose to cancel adhoc recruitment anymore, it will not happen as he himself advocated it and promised to implement it correctly).

But, it will be no use, as Giriraj will still do the scam and Kavya will still be in trouble, she may still loose her job (even if CM agrees to move Adi out and put someone else to handle the project).

The only benefit is that, Kavya will not have to think of Adi and his reputation or no need to worry before taking any step. And she is definitely capable of stopping the scam on her own, she doesn't need Adi's help. Lastly, her job will not be at stake. Then she no one can stop her from implementing long-term and permanent solution. Kavya wins everything in the end.

(in reality this would have happened for sure, considering the human beings/their character, nature..etc. Adi and Kavya are)

2. Kavya backs out of the project, and mentions to DM that, he is free to do whatever he wants now and if there is scam he can take action of anyone even if its her husband involved in the scam OR even better let Shubh handle the project, the DM will be more than happy. No problem in doing this, as Kavya believes Adi will not do any scam.

But, the scam will still happen, Adi will learn the lesson on his own (may be loose his MLA seat as well).

The benefit, no harm to Kavya and her job. Then she will propose the long-term and permanent solution and it will be implemented for sure, as this solution failed. Kavya wins everything in the end.

3. Like I mentioned, both join hands and execute it properly and ensure no scam at all. They don't loose their positions/jobs. Then expose the scam and reveal the truth. Then to stop all this, implement the long-term solution with best possible way. A win-win for both and all.

I hope the makers/writers will show the option #3, but I least expect that from them. I think, they will show Adi making mistakes, continue to ignore Kavya's warnings and Giriraj doing the scam and Kavya facing job-loss and Adi regrets for his mistake and Kavya winning everything all in the end.

This is the pattern and don't think it will be any different this time as well.

Most importantly, Kavya does not loose anything in any way. Its her show and thats impossible. She will not make any mistake and need not regret.

The point is, can this still be done without bringing down Adi's character? If his intentions are not wrong and he is not in greed to achieve a ministerial position and he is not a part of the scam to earn money and he wants to do something good for the children/society/people here, can it not be achieved without paying the price for being Giriraj's son. It may be a fictional show, but its no use having a male lead, another villain would have been a better option in place of Adi.

Also, how is Kavya's character justified in all this, supporting Adi knowing he will never improve/correct himself or can never do anything good in his life?
