why a relationship is acceptable only when he loves or she loves. Relationship is made through understanding trust and respect always love is a part of it. Another thing is ar gave in that deal shadi whatever she wanted . A caring mom which she missed , a caring friend and supporting friend. Ar is kept in ehsan. Vidya is kept as beti first not bahu . Ar mom is hated by dadi not ar.

Charu dev is closed thru words. Even if she is pregnant, if abhira took it on her head , everyone knows they have nothing. Itx better say truth out and mend with dev or close it by marrying with someone. But blames will be on abhira no doubt.

I think,charu is goona do something.Yesterday bhi jab dadi and fufasa baat kar rahi thi,and aj bhi usee dikhaya.Mujhe lagta hai charu apne affair ke bare mein sach bolegi regarding ab, cause soulmate ka bhabda phodke ke bhi kuch hone nahi wala.Keeping situation in mind,everyone will want ar to get married with his bhabhi ji.

The thread is a good read. But imo, if I have to read fan essays to understand a character, it is the failing of the show writers.

Also, what exactly is Abhira supposed to fight for in this case . He agreed to talk to abhira about divorce a few weeks back at ruhi's persistence (yes dire circumstances came in between and he tore off the papers, but he also did agree to have a talk).. He was the one to ask for the divorce now. So why would anyone fight for a relationship where the partner agrees for a divorce due to any third person. In fact, he asked abhira to come back to PH only after dadisa made him do so.

None of Abhira's action has indicated that she wants a divorce, it is Armaan who keeps agreeing to it time and again. So from Abhira's side, I don't see anything to fight for in the relationship.

Atleast in original kusum dola, initially her in-laws family were so against her but she won them over later.. all those loved her and stayed by her side till the end.. if they show story like that then it’s fine.. but here people flip in seconds, there is no consistency in the story too.. but keeping FL miserable is consistent.. character less PL acting shameless while others treat her as maahaan bahu is consistent..

How do you know Madhav cheated Vidya ?

the way Dadisa sneakily gave Abhira money and is doing Sam dam dand bhed to break Armaan Abhira marriage

IF Armaan is not illegitimate she must have done the same thing to make armaan’s mom go away .. ho sakta hai .. Madhav was given the impression that divorce happened because his wife broke down and could not take the pressure

and then after a few years he married Vidya ..

then he found out that his first wife whom he had divorced had moved on .. but had a child with him .. he took the child back and said his mom has died ..

We exactly don’t know Madhav ki story but frankly no one likes a spouse who keeps you in second priority ..parents generally give children more priority than each other

But vidya gave her mother in law more priority and she brought up Armaan to be a loyal dog to the family ..

even dadi treats him like a loyal dog . If Rohit does not come back its actually a blessing for Armaan because he will get back whatever was his by right By fluke ..

He will get back Ruhi who was his perfect love .. approval of the family ..

I have been brought up in both . It does get stifling to adhere to everyone’s expectations.. But you do expect your spouse to support you .
If Abhira bows down now .. she will become another anupama .. with Arman cheating her like vanraj cheated his wife with Kavya .

Abhira is still young .. only 23 .. she will get another man if not ….being single with a job is also fulfilling ...

It is ok to admit you cannot live in a joint family.. it’s not a crime and you cannot be called out for this .. Many girls live in a nuclear family and still maintain good bonds with both sides of family n cousins ..

In original KD the family was conservative and not rich .. so all the mirchi peesing was not out of the box .. as many Bengali families still do it as they get authentic favour of the food by hand grinding ..they were not a cruel family at all …and yes they never flipped …. The mom was annoyed with Emon .. for some time .. but father and jethi ma plus the bua stayed by her side through thick n thin .. they disowned the son .. but did not let go of Emon

Even if Armaan says he loves his wife it’s not going to make much difference.. she has got into good books of all the people who have strong standing in Poddar house and she will play victim in front of everyone.. Only Rohit’s arrival can put her in place.. if at all they decide to bring him and let him share the real reason for his disappearance..

because even now the way they show is like Ruhi is the real wife and Abhira is the other woman. Ruhi is the ideal daughter in law and perfect wife to Armaan while Abhira is coming in between them and destroying their marriage and Ruhi is doing everything to save her wedding and that is rightfully hers.. They seem to have conveniently forgotten that Ruhi is married to Rohit who is Arman’s brother..
