Bilal was supposed to be doing Teri Meri Kahani (the Farhat Ishtiaq drama). In Nov on the Fuscia onset iv, he even said it will start shooting in Jan. But then we heard nothing. Badar started shooting Mein instead and next thing we know Fahad is doing Bilal's role in Teri Meri Kahani.
