He doesn't want anything to do with Sahiba, which is why he never searched for her, they are definitely divorced. He definitely doesn't love her even in a possesive way but is waiting 5 years for that dead foetus to resurrect because dubara mehnat kaun karega, phir se thappad and all, too much effort.
