Here the positive thing is this Anjali is here even before leads falling in Love so most probably she will only bring them closer and will fail in every attempt of separating surya and imlie but still we have to tolerate her with surya .. But hopefully it won't be much.
More of i am a person who believes in total pure essence when its comes to leads i don't like when married leads get proximity wale scenes with others i hated when viswa used to touch imlie i hated August binni ka fake marriage stuff.. So yes call me old school but leads should only be with each other when its comes to such scenes lol baki other way separation or MU stuff is ok as its brings angst. Baki toh we know trp ke liye drama is must.
I'm actually the opposite. I hate when they show a MU after the leads fall in love. Once you're in love there is no reason why there should be a separation. Specially with leads asking the woman to leave the house, a small leap with a baby who is separated from the father etc.
Once the leads fall in love, they should fight all the obstacles together. In most cases of MU or separation, there is butchering of the characters of the leads.
In Imlie Agastya story, they didn't have such MU or separation after falling in love. Even the Binni fake wedding got cleared so easily in the next episode itself.
Before falling in love jitna bhi bakwas dikhana hai dikha do. I don't mind (or rather I wanted) Surya to have a girlfriend. It makes his sacrifice seem like something. It will be a moral conflict for him all the time to make sure he puts Imlie and his relationship with her before his selfishness.
Also, he will know that Imlie is better as a partner for him than Anjali which will help him fall for her faster. I feel Imlie will have to protect the family from Anjali too thereby making her come closer to the family and Surya and in a way accept or fulfill the duties of his wife.

With Anjali coming in, I feel they will have more Imlie Surya scenes.
