Since the poster had replied to me and you have reacted to the same, I am forced to assume your comment is directed at me. Maybe you have not seen my posts where I have defended Armaan or tried to understand him. While I have not been a fan of the characterisation, I have always cut slack where deserved. It is not possible to attribute anything to Armaan v2 at this point since we are yet to see him. However the writers are the same and it is a fact that characterisation is tweaked a little bit to suit actors. While I am no fan of Shehzada Dhami and his off-sceeen antics put me off completely, I certainly don’t hold him responsible for the poorly written character. He can only perform what is written and how well or badly he performs that is on him. But the written material is what is given to him to build on!

Of course his portrayal will be different from Sheh’s! But that will be the only difference. The thing is a good actor is one who can portray various roles/characters with confidence and conviction. Jay Soni is so different from Abhinav but he still managed to bring out Abhinav such a good way! Sheh too is very different from Armaan irl. But he did it nonetheless! It will take time for Rohit to capture the essence of Armaan but he will be able to do it. Sheh too also took his time. Armaan won’t turn into an Alpha/Beta/Gamma/Delta male. He is a softie vulnerable considerate humble human who is successful and hot. And he will remain that. 🥵 But he is growing and will continue to grow into a better version of himself.

IMO, the change could b a delayed response of armaan ka character...makers must b in a dilemma to chage the actor for the character...so were delaying his response....as normally, after ruhi ke open advances , armaan ka character should have responded in a stern manner...but that was somewhat not shown......to ho sakta hai, makers wanted the new actor to start that journey.....

makers ne actors ke baar mein nahi socha hoga...apne drame and character ke baare mein socha hoga...😂...so abhira armaan ki real story they may have wanted to start with the new actor...😂
